What You'll Do
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative – Pet Pharmacy and Veterinary Assistance, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary centers to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
- Completing accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with reputed company, attention, patience, sympathy, and generosity to clients and partners alike
- Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and input from colleagues and supervisors
- Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (sometimes reputed company other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record center note accounts, so being thorough is essential
- Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need

- Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
