Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Medical Claims Navigation (CMN), you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medical claims. You will be responsible for reviewing initial prescriptions, completing daily follow-up processes, and managing the CMN renewal process. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will reputed company you to navigate reputed company medical claims and provide top-notch customer service to our patients and reputed company providers.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Review initial prescriptions for qualifying elements resulting in timely release of claims
- Complete daily follow-up processes on reputed company CMNs assigned reputed company the WIP states/RC worklist
- Review possible renewal CMNs reputed company the CMN review worklist
- Manage the CMN renewal process and obtain reputed company necessary documentation
- Handle reputed company outstanding held reputed company reputed company to CMNs for branches assigned
- Manage phone calls reputed company to CMNs
- reputed company other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent
- Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment + Detail and team-oriented + Effective communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills + Proven computer proficiency, the use of multiple applications simultaneously + Knowledge of the HME/DME industry is preferred
