Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Call Center) with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Researching and resolving tax issues for both internal and external customers
• Collecting delinquent taxes through the use of multiple collection tools
• Interacting with customers reputed company telephone, email, live chat, in person, and written correspondence
