Your Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building, retaining, and expanding our customer reputed company. You'll work closely with our Account Executives and Technical Account Managers to apply best practices and solutions to ensure our customers are set up for reputed company and reputed company their individual business goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming a product expert and staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments
• Understanding the goals and objectives of new customers and translating those needs appropriately through the implementation and reputed company process
• Clearly communicating setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
• Training customers on arenaflex software products, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
• Troubleshooting technical issues as the first reputed company of contact for customers
• Recording customer needs, requests, and questions in our CRM system and communicating them to key internal stakeholders
• Leveraging feedback for reputed company improvement to the reputed company process and training materials
• Gaining a strong understanding of best practices relevant to retaining and growing customers reputed company a personal portfolio while mitigating risk
• Building trust and creating meaningful relationships among champions and key executives reputed company each customer
• Ensuring customers understand the value arenaflex delivers to their business by conducting virtual or on-site use case reviews that mirror their business goals and objectives
• Identifying and forecasting risk as well as growth opportunities reputed company the portfolio
• Identifying product improvements or new products by staying reputed company on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments

This position requires 20% or more travel to client sites and more!

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of construction experience, preferably with B2B software companies focusing on architectural design, construction, facility management, or the 3D reality capture industry
• Demonstrated and recent direct experience with the process, workflow, and use of AEC software solutions such as reputed company Revit, Navisworks, and ACC is preferred
• Experience with 4D simulation software (Navisworks & Synchro) and 5D quantification software (Assemble Systems) is a plus
• Experience with reality capture and photogrammetry
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring reputed company business models
• Goal and results-oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added reputed company, proactive, and easily adapts to change
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
