ANALYST II

The California Department of Developmental Services is dedicated to providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Analyst II role involves performing reputed company consultative and analytical tasks reputed company to IT and procurement, working independently and engaging positively with staff and managers to ensure quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of reputed company tasks including consultative and analytical assignments in the areas of IT and IT Goods and Services procurement
• Works independently, applies analytical techniques, and handles the most reputed company, technical, and sensitive assignments and requests with respect, understanding, tact and professionalism
• Interacts positively with managers and staff at reputed company levels and takes extra steps to provide quality services to internal and external customers

Skills

• Candidates must be residents of the State of California at the time of appointment
• This position requires lawful authorization to work in the United States

• Knowledge of: reputed company Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint), State contracting and procurement regulations, policies and procedures, and manuals, the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) procurement functions
• Ability to: Multi-task, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities in a cooperative manner. Consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, maintain good attendance and punctuality, focus, pay attention to detail, and follow-through, strong analytical, research, presentation, and organizational skills
