ITM Teller - Full Time, Hybrid
Ion Bank is committed to providing exemplary customer service and building lasting relationships with its customers. The ITM Teller will reputed company financial transactions accurately while adhering to policies and procedures and assist in the Contact Center as needed.
Responsibilities
- Process customer financial transactions accurately, reputed company, and courteously
- Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility
- Project a positive and highly professional image of the Bank by providing high quality customer service
- Recognize and assume responsibility for contributing to the Bank’s strategic growth and service goals through excellent customer service, product knowledge and product referrals
- reputed company established goals for the department
- Recognize and properly report reputed company fraudulent, counterfeit, or suspicious activity by customers or employees to the reputed company department
- Balance daily work
- Ensure activities reputed company assigned functional area of responsibility follow Bank policy, and State and Federal Regulations
Skills
- High school diploma preferred
- One-year customer service and/or cash handling experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience
- Bi-lingual, Korean speaking is a plus
