Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients and physicians, handling inbound calls to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Key Responsibilities

What You Need to Do the Job
• Valid CPhT License: If residing in AZ, hold a valid CPhT license. If residing in MA, hold a valid MA Tech license. Preferred CPhT.
- Excellent Customer Service, Organization, and Time Management Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED: Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
- PC Skills: Possess knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and the Internet.
- Residency Requirements: Must reputed company reputed company the state of Arizona or reputed company driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
