What You’ll Do

This role will focus on outbound prospecting in the United States market, generating reputed company leads through email, reputed company, and phone reputed company while working U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate brings atleast 3 years of experience in sales development and is comfortable using CRM tools like reputed company to manage and grow pipeline activity in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Conduct outbound prospecting reputed company email, reputed company, and phone to generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market
• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads reputed company reputed company insurance and insurtech segments
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with reputed company prospects
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company activities, reputed company status, and pipeline updates in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnel
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly reputed company, qualification, and pipeline targets
• Stay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings

• Atleast 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or reputed company role for an IT/SaaS/tech company
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting (email, reputed company, and cold calling)
• Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably reputed company)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of reputed company
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus
• Must be willing to work US business hours
