[Remote] reputed company Specialist - Remote schedule

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions. The reputed company Specialist will be responsible for entering transactions reputed company to suppliers and customers, maintaining accurate transaction-level information, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company review of supplier invoices to ensure appropriate supporting documentation PO/Receiving, reputed company Approval, etc. and to minimize transaction-level errors
• Provide backup support to A/R to ensure appropriate supporting documentation Quotes, reputed company, Shipping Records, PO/Receiving, reputed company Approval and to minimize transaction-level errors
• Process AP/AR reputed company transactions including debit/credit memos, supplier payments, supplier invoice adjustments
• Process month end job duties including review of reporting and tracking accruals
• Maintain compliance with Company policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls requirements
• Enter supplier invoices in the ERP sub-ledger
• Maintain database of customer-level contractual pricing
• Generate customer invoices using multiple different processes [custom billing system, ERP, reputed company]
• Ensure records reputed company to the maintenance of this data are complete and accurate and available as required for internal and external audit purposes
• As needed, provide available reputed company to support data requests for internal and external audit

Skills

• Associate's degree in reputed company or Finance or relevant reputed company work experience
• 1–2 years of previous AR or AP experience in a high-volume environment required
• Demonstrated history of leveraging core financial systems (ERP, reputed company, BI, reputed company, etc.) to process transactional details
• Ability to focus on transaction processing with strong attention to detail
