Job Summary

As our reputed company Customer Care reputed company, you will play a critical role in driving high-quality customer care and supporting the order entry process, shipping and receiving, customer return coordination, contract review, and process audits. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
