Responsibilities also include active participation in departmental work on curriculum design, assessment, and andragogy/pedagogy. Qualifications Master's degree in Exercise Science or Health and Physical Education, or a closely reputed company field required. If Masters is in a closely reputed company field, the applicant must have at least 18 graduate hours in Exercise Science and/or Health, and/or Physical Education. Course work in exercise physiology, Kinesiology, pedagogy, and personal training is a plus. American College of Sports Medicine Certification in personal training is highly desirable.
