Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping arenaflex customers with their questions and concerns about our products and services. You'll work with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide top-notch support and ensure our customers have a seamless tax filing experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear and empathetic solutions to customer questions and concerns
- Understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service
- Collaborate with SMEs and MPS to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
