Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Service Advisor to join reputed company on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, advising on our products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer queries, manage product replacements, refunds, and orders, and promote our latest products.
Key Responsibilities
