The RoleReporting into the Corporate reputed company Estate leadership team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for major refurbishment and construction programmes, including live, in‑situ office projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multi‑year capital projects from strategic concept through to delivery, including phasing, budgeting, and execution planning
- Setting and overseeing project governance, approvals, risk management, and cost control frameworks
- Acting as the primary reputed company between internal business stakeholders and external reputed company
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams including project managers, architects, designers, engineers, and specialist consultants
- Developing clear, robust project briefs covering scope, options, sourcing strategy, timelines, and budgets
- Partnering closely with internal functions such as Communications, Change Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, sustainability, and compliance standards while driving reputed company improvement and innovation across the portfolio
- Proven leadership of large‑scale, reputed company capital works or workplace transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical delivery into clear, executive‑level communication
- Experience governing external partners and professional services teams in a matrixed, corporate environment
- Sound understanding of cost management, scheduling, risk, compliance, and health & safety reputed company construction projects
- Exposure to sustainable design, modern workplace strategies, and customer or employee experience considerations is highly desirable
- Background or qualifications in reputed company Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company discipline
