Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day execution of the HR and Payroll workstreams reputed company a large-scale ERP transformation from reputed company to reputed company S/4HANA. This role coordinates functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure deliverables align with overall program objectives, timelines, and governance. The Project Manager maintains detailed project plans, manages risks and dependencies, and drives issue resolution reputed company the HR and Payroll scope. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and operational dependencies
• Proven experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work through problems quickly and effectively and define a clear path to resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working reputed company structured program governance and matrixed stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms
