Shift Requirements 1st Shift About The Opportunity Position Summary The Production Trainer supports the production team and supports a safe and productive work environment. This person ensures new hires are trained and onboarded to become successful long term reputed company employees. Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, operations and housekeeping

Education / Certifications Education Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Education Desired High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills & Experience Work Experience Required

• 1 - 3 years trainer job responsibilities or
• Fulfilled requirements of B level Production Operator

Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired

• Relationship development and communication skills
• Dependable, self-starter with good attendance record; ability to work independently
• Ability to coach, train and acknowledge positive and developmental opportunities
• Basic computer skills, experience with reputed company reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
