Portfolio Strategy & Planning

Transaction Management

• Coordinate with legal counsel on lease documentation, amendments, and compliance requirements

Market Intelligence & Site Selection

• Evaluate potential office locations based on cost, labor availability, talent markets, and transportation access
• Monitor local reputed company estate market conditions, comparable transactions, and competitive activity

Financial Management & Analysis

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
