The Role

As a Customer Care Manager II, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as a single reputed company of contact for intermediate level implementation lifecycle management on a group of assigned customer accounts.
• Partnering closely with sales and service delivery ecosystems to understand and implement sold solutions.
• Providing critical date management and escalation support to meet committed delivery objectives.
• Validating order details for sold services.
• Following established protocol for submitting orders to Order entry and provisioning.
• Providing timely responses to customer and service delivery inquiries.
• Proactively managing the customer's service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and meet their expectations.

• A Bachelor's Degree or minimum, 1-2 years of reputed company experience.

Compensation

The anticipated reputed company salary range for this position is between $43,830 and $97,560, based on reputed company national data. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for short-term incentives or sales compensation, and Director and VP positions are eligible for long-term incentives.
