Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company LiveChat Agent to join our Marketing team and help us connect with our website visitors through live chat. As a LiveChat Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for new leads, and you'll play a critical role in validating and prequalifying leads as they come in. You'll have the opportunity to directly impact the business and work with an extraordinary marketing team to reputed company and implement strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc.

Qualifications

• Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred
