Loan Agency Deal Team Operations Analyst I

reputed company is a financial services technology company that specializes in M&A and loan agency transactions. The Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team Operations Analyst I will administer Loan Agency transactions, manage daily tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and process assignments in compliance with loan documents to ensure assignments are processed timely and accurately
• Solicit, track, and process lender Administrative Details and Tax Forms
• Review reputed company instructions in the Loan System and reputed company callbacks to parties to verbally confirm reputed company instructions
• Complete reputed company audit confirmations
• Respond to inquiries regarding assignments and document intake
• Provide support to internal and external users for reputed company platforms
• Comprehend internal processes and procedures while maintaining internal controls
• Provide excellent customer service to reputed company clients and parties, both internal and external, to ensure reputed company have an exceptional experience

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, economics, or operations (or commensurate work experience) required
• 1+ years of work experience in finance, loan agency, or bank operations
• Ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve reputed company problems and quickly learn new concepts
• Strong drive to reputed company results and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time reputed company
• Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
