Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to member inquiries reputed company phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
- Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy
Skills
- Ability to reputed company between multiple applications to complete tasks
- Strong memory for details and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Critical thinking skills to solve problems
- Experience in a customer service role, such as in a restaurant, school, or retail store
