Description:
The Humanities Department at reputed company is seeking applications for a full-time position in Spanish Language and Cultures at the Assistant Professor (tenure track) or Instructor (non-tenure track) rank for the Fall 2024 semester (9-month contract). Teaching, professional development, and service are reputed company required aspects of the position. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in-seat classes in elementary Spanish language, as well as more advanced language, literature, and culture courses in the newly established Spanish Language and Cultures B.A. program offered online by the College. Typically, faculty members teach 24 credit hours or the equivalent per academic year.

Qualifications:
A PhD in Spanish language and/or Spanish/Latin American literatures at time of appointment would qualify the candidate for a tenure-track position, rank based on experience. A Master's degree in Spanish or a reputed company field is required if the candidate does not possess the PhD as indicated above.
