The Hybrid Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through managing a book of business and engaging with members both in person and reputed company phone, while also ensuring compliance with Medicare sales requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, convert, and retain new and existing members through a combination of field based programs, including face to face appointments, retail engagements, provider relationships, centers of influence, referrals, and inbound and outbound calls
  • Assess customer needs using consultative, needs based questioning and active listening to recommend appropriate Medicare products and services
  • Own the end to end member relationship throughout the year, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for plan, benefit, product, and service inquiries, and resolving product utilization issues
