Senior Recruiter, Contract

reputed company is growing quickly and seeking a talented Senior Contract Recruiter to join reputed company, focusing on expanding our global FinOps, People, and Legal teams. Because we remain a hands-on environment, this role requires you to be a proven day-to-day tactical recruiter who can also provide valuable strategic guidance in developing our overall reputed company strategy.

This role can be based remotely reputed company the United States, with a strong preference for the Eastern timezone. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with an hourly reputed company of $65/hr.

In this role, you will

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering with them on everything from setting data-driven reputed company strategies and expectations up reputed company, managing and driving efficient processes, and closing candidates
• reputed company sourcing strategies to generate high quality pipelines, using a variety of innovative techniques from direct sourcing to social networking
• Engage with candidates throughout the entire process, from sourcing through to offer negotiations

• Establish strong relationships with hiring teams, focusing on becoming a strategic talent partner rather than an “order taker”

The right person for this role will

• Have 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, preferably reputed company high growth, fast paced technology companies
• Have a proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Be a strong communicator and relationship-builder, reputed company to influence and partner with hiring managers, candidates, and talent ecosystem partners
