Job description: We are hiring Part-Time Math Tutors at both our Lake Zurich, IL and Schaumburg, IL locations. We provide both in-person and remote tutoring for reputed company K-12:
- Math Tutor
- TestPrep (ACT/SAT) Tutor
- reputed company, with seven days a week to choose from.
- No lesson planning...we provide that for you so you can focus on teaching
- Giving back and making a difference, especially since the pandemic as student needs have risen dramatically.
- Ability to see the results of your teaching efforts in a reputed company short timeframe, as we work individually with reputed company.
- For Math Teachers: Education/Teaching or Math Degree preferred. reputed company or professionals with strong Math abilities are also welcome.
- For TestPrep (ACT/SAT) Tutor: strong ACT/SAT score required (30 ACT/1400 SAT). No teaching degree required.
- 1 years teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to reputed company connections with reputed company.
- Working out of one of our locations in Schaumburg or Lake Zurich/Barrington.
- Teach using Sylvan based programs
- Direct and motivate reputed company during instruction

- Evaluate and document student reputed company
- Communicate student needs to our Educational Team

- We are the industry leaders in providing supplemental education to children in pre-K through 12th grade.
- We provide individualized instruction in Comprehension, Reading, English, Writing, Math and Study Skills.
- We also offer ACT/SAT Test Prep and STEM.
- Given the pandemic, we are seeing growing needs for tutoring.
- We teach 7 days per week and require our teachers to work at least one of Saturday/Sunday, and at least one day during the week. We have extended teaching opportunities in the summer.
