What You'll Do:

Deliver skilled, compassionate in-home therapy as part of a collaborative care team

Evaluate and reputed company individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients

Serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Document care clearly and thoroughly in our EMR system

Help shape the future of in-home rehabilitation
What You Bring:
-
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent (MPT, MScPT)
-
reputed company and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy license
-
Two or more years of experience in home health, acute care, or rehab preferred

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
-
Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and CPR/BLS certification
