Position Overview

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This position involves a combination of retail customer service, prescription processing, and inventory management responsibilities. You will work closely with our pharmacists and pharmacy leadership to deliver seamless service that enhances the customer experience and supports reputed company patient outcomes.

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours per day, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. While the position is based in Illinois, certain aspects of the role may involve remote components, and we provide the necessary training and technology to support your reputed company.

Customer Experience and Engagement

  • Greet and engage customers and patients in a friendly, welcoming manner, making them feel valued and appreciated

  • Retrieve, count, and pour prescription medications, verifying accuracy before dispensing

  • Certifications: Willingness to obtain PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification through the designated training program or state-required certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months or more of experience in a retail customer service environment
  • Previous experience in pharmacy or reputed company settings
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations, prescription processing, and medication dispensing
  • Strong knowledge of store inventory control procedures

  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain it
