Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout the benefits enrollment process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting clients as their requests come in and scheduling appointments to review their benefits
- Presenting benefits information to clients and helping them enroll in their preferred benefit package
- Answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the enrollment process
- Building trust and rapport with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted source for their benefits needs
