Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing world-class support to our clients in the digital music industry. As a member of our team, you'll respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French, working remotely and enjoying a flexible schedule. With a strong internal support system and highly interactive orientation program, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in French, providing world-class support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Simultaneously handle 3-5+ incoming messages, prioritizing and managing multiple conversations with ease
  • Identify and resolve customer issues quickly, exercising good judgment and empathy in all interactions
  • Maintain high engagement with both the project and customers, providing a positive and personalized experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Professional/business level proficiency in French and English, with a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary

  • Experience with simultaneously handling 3-5+ incoming messages, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple conversations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices

  • Familiarity with digital music services and the music industry, with a strong passion for music and a desire to learn more
  • Experience working with chat/messaging platforms, with a strong understanding of platform features and functionality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively

WorkSpace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
