Java Developer Lead
Job Description
Develop and implement software for the Telecommunications Industry, specialising in Provisioning and Assurance Domains. Specification Interpretation, work with Business Analysts and customers to interpret requirements and remove ambiguity over requirements. Low Level Software Design, using the high level design and functional design, create the necessary low level software design to meet the functional requirements. Document the design and gain approval from the design authority to ensure the design maintains the overall integrity. Software Development, develop the software in accordance with the agreed requirements. Unit Testing, develop unit tests for the software that meets the approved low level design. Execute the tests, record deficiencies and remediate as required. Software Implementation, develop implementation scripts and deploy developed software into test and production requirements as required. Knowledge definition and capture, turn intrinsic knowledge into extrinsic knowledge by actively contributing to knowledge capture systems such as the internal Wiki and document management systems. Conduct team training sessions to both gain and deliver knowledge and experience. Team Lead and Mentorship, guide & mentor teams of developers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent experience and expertise in the Telecommunications Provisioning domain Proficiency in English in a business environment 7+ years software development experience with modern Java SE (8+) Experience in PostgreSQL, and REST API frameworks Experience in Business Process Management, BPMN and Rules libraries (Camunda, Activiti, Drools, etc.) Experience in identity management and authentication (Keycloak) Experience in a development, packaging and release toolchain (Github, Maven, Kubernetes, etc.) Experience in leading technical team/developers in a software project Location(s): Indonesia Remote Accommodation: If you would like to be considered for employment opportunities with CSG and need special assistance due to a disability or accommodation for a disability throughout any aspect of the application process, please call us at +1 (402) 431-7440 or email us at [email protected].
