How you’ll make an impact in this role Assess organizational strategic plans, develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals, and achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets. Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships. Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements and preferences. Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads, and develop lists of potential candidates. Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
