The Compensation + Benefits package: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience Fully Remote! Monday - Friday Full-time Full suite of benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid company holidays Preferred Qualifications + Software Knowledge: At least 3 years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience Experience managing small and mid-size accounts Active Life & Health license Microsoft Office Medical and ancillary insurance product knowledge Bilingual in Spanish is required!! The Core Responsibilities: Create strong relationships with clients Managing small to mid-size accounts and some self-funded accounts Provide comprehensive assistance during open enrollment periods, ensuring a smooth and clear process for all clients.
