Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational transformation, culture development, and change management, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate with a broad group of senior stakeholders. Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), talent management platforms, payroll systems, and other HR technologies in a multi-site retail environment (including corporate and distribution centers) is highly beneficial. A deep understanding of the unique change management challenges within retail operations and supply chain is preferred. Proficiency in managing project and change management tracking tools and creating executive-level dashboards on SharePoint is essential. Skills: Overall 10+ with 6 years of experience in HR-related Change Management. SAP's SuccessFactors modules is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Forms. We would love to hear from you if you have: Progressive experience in HR Project Management; Certified Project Management certification preferred. Experience creating and implementing assessments, stakeholder management plans, change implementation plans, communications materials, project and change scorecards and readiness assessments, and learning materials to support design and delivery. Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and applicant tracking systems; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute multiple complex and/or critical cross-functional HR change initiatives simultaneously, including but not limited to the implementation of new programs, processes, and technologies, to drive adoption and sustainment. Create and deliver project and change management strategies aligned to business performance objectives to drive adoption of Sephora’s strategic HR initiatives.
