We serve underserved populations - people with limited access, limited means, and often very complicated cases of uncontrolled diabetes. We take a nutrition-first approach, using low-carbohydrate diets to reduce insulin resistance and safely deprescribe medications. Our program is based on the principles of nutritional ketosis, intensive support, and real human connection. We help patients eliminate insulin use, reduce A1c levels by over 2 points, and regain control of their lives - even in the most challenging circumstances. ________
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate RD or CDN to join our clinical team.
- You’ll provide virtual care to patients via video and phone through our AI-powered Mobile App, supporting them on their journey to diabetes reversal and medication reduction.
- You’ll work with a small caseload of complex patients and collaborate closely with our team of care coordinators, coaches, and dietitians.
- You’ll be directly supervised by Dr. Mariela Glandt, Harvard- and Columbia-trained endocrinologist with 20+ years of experience and founder of the Glandt Clinic in Israel, where she has helped thousands reverse diabetes using the same nutrition-based protocol.

- Strong interest in low-carb / ketogenic nutrition, lifestyle medicine
- Experience and/or interest working with underserved or high-risk populations
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EHRs
