Lead the team of solution engineers for Tableau, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes for our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and Salesforce technologies to continuously improve our offerings. Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams, helping to drive the adoption of Tableau within our customer base. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Train and mentor junior solution engineers, fostering their growth and development within the organization. Proactively identify and address any technical challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the sales process. Act as a subject matter expert on Tableau, providing demos, presentations, and technical documentation to support sales efforts. Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and help shape the future direction of Tableau. Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively to meet tight deadlines.
