Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing virtual customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions
  • Assessing customer needs quickly and providing high-level customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Participate in certification programs specific to client opportunities

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to meet specific metrics requirements to maintain eligibility. These requirements may include:

  • Providing services above posted minimum standards
  • Meeting client-specific requirements and expectations
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs

Availability and Scheduling

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks, and you'll have the opportunity to work with clients who offer 24/7 call availability.
