About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) Consultant

to support a long-term engagement with one of our healthcare clients. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals who specialize in SAP SuccessFactors and incentive/commission management within the U.S. health insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder presentations, and technical discussions.- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive SAP APMe solutions, estimates, and roadmaps.- Drive implementation and optimization of commission calculations, incentive plans, and payment processes.- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support SAP APMe configurations across insurance products.- Engage directly with U.S. health insurance clients to gather requirements and implement business-specific solutions.

of experience with

SAP SuccessFactors

of hands-on experience with

SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe - Enterprise Edition)

.- Strong knowledge of

Commission & Incentive Plan Management
