The Role

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, interacting with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. You'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing our online chat application to engage with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
  • Addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes, as well as other customer-related topics
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner

  • Utilize our online chat application to engage with customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work independently, following instructions precisely and using your discretion to make sound judgments

Contract Length and Rate

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Requirements

* Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours (typically 10 PM – 6 AM EST)
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Hours and Location

* Flexible schedule, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule

  • Fully remote, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity
