To support that, we’re building a roster of designers who we can bring into client projects on an ongoing basis. Who we’re looking for:
- Performance Designers (paid social creative, testing + iteration)
- Brand / Visual Designers (campaign systems, key visuals, identity)
- Digital Designers (web, landing pages, UI layouts)
- Motion Designers / Editors (short-form video, cutdowns, light motion)
Typical work includes:
- Paid social creative (static, story, carousel)
- Landing page and website designs
- Logo and brand brand guideline development
- Campaign visual systems and key art
- Banner sets and template systems
- Motion graphics and short-form edits
You’re a good fit if:
- You understand what makes creative
convert , not just look good
- You’re comfortable iterating quickly based on performance
- You can work within systems and brand constraints
- You’re reliable and easy to collaborate with
