In this role, you will help individuals and families get connected with licensed professionals who provide guidance on financial protection and long-term planning. You do not need prior experience in this field. We provide training and a clear process so you understand how the role works. What You’ll Do
- Speak with individuals who request information about financial services
- Help schedule consultations and follow up with interested clients
- Communicate with clients by phone, Zoom, and email
- Use simple scripts and training materials to guide conversations
- Keep organized records of client communication
