Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. You'll work closely with our QC personnel to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in our documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email - Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process - Investigate discrepancies as they arise - Complete additional projects as assigned - Collaborate with the QC team to ensure accuracy and quality in documentation - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's systems and processes - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus - High school diploma or GED required - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy - Exceptional attention to detail - Desire and ability to be a team player - Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office - Type 60 plus WPM - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with data entry software and systems (training provided)
