Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls for multiple clients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. You'll work remotely, using your personal computer, and will be required to access our work environment using your personal computer during the initial 90 to 180 days of your employment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all callers
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying callers' needs for call resolution
  • Adhering to company scripts and procedures to ensure consistency
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Accurately processing online reservations
  • Accurately documenting call information and interactions
  • Maintaining knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance standards
  • Ongoing training for all arenaflex client programs and accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A G.E.D. or higher education level
  • One year of call center or customer service experience
  • Understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and general systems
  • Computer navigation & typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems
  • Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including a thorough understanding of the content and structure of the English language, including word meanings, spelling, and grammatical rules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Availability

We're looking for candidates who can commit to working 16-20 hours per week, with available shifts including:

  • Saturday or Sunday 6am CST start time
  • 6am - 10am CST
  • 3pm- 8pm CST
  • 6am - 6pm CST

Equipment Requirements

To work remotely, you'll need:

  • A keyboard with F1 - F12 keys, Page Up/Page Down
  • Two monitors
  • A webcam
  • Ability to connect to internet via an ethernet cord (WIFI not permitted)
  • A wired USB headset
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • 8 gigs of RAM or more (Installed Physical Memory)
  • Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU or better

Training and Development

We're committed to providing comprehensive training to enhance your skills and support your growth. Our two-week mandatory remote training begins Monday, June 9th and follows the schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST.
