Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creation of high-impact client and marketing materials across proposals, presentations, thought leadership, and digital channels. This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who enjoys bringing content to life visually, working within established brand guidelines, and collaborating closely with marketing and business development teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually strong, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will partner closely with our Creative Director for guidance on larger creative concepts and brand direction.

Responsibilities

Design polished PowerPoint presentations and proposal materials for RFPs, pitches, and client presentations Create visually compelling layouts for whitepapers, reports, case studies, and other thought leadership content Develop charts, graphs, tables, infographics, and other data visualization assets to simplify complex information Produce digital marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, website promotions, and other digital platforms Ensure all materials align with brand standards and maintain visual consistency across channels Collaborate with marketing, business development, and subject matter experts to translate content into engaging visual communications Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately while managing multiple deadlines simultaneously Prepare final production-ready files for digital distribution and presentation delivery Stay current on design trends, presentation best practices, and evolving digital formats Qualifications 3+ years of graphic design experience in a marketing, agency, professional services, or in-house corporate environment Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, marketing collateral, and digital asset creation Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Expert-level PowerPoint design skills required Experience creating layouts for long-form content such as whitepapers, reports, or proposals, leveraging templates and brand guidelines Understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling Ability to visualize data clearly through charts, graphs, and infographics Experience designing for digital channels including social media and email marketing Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working within established brand guidelines Our Culture & Our Core Values Marketbridge supports Fortune 50 companies and global brands in redefining how they go to market.
