We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus). *A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance* As a member of a growing team, the dynamic individual will be responsible for nurturing ongoing affiliate client relationships as well as pursuing new partnership opportunities. The candidate should have an analytical mind and strong organizational skills. What You'll Be Doing: Manage the full campaign lifecycle across adult networks (TrafficJunky, ExoClick, etc.) - from setup and launch to real-time optimization and scaling successful campaigns Optimize performance through strategic adjustments to bids, targeting (geo, device, OS, carrier, time), and creative rotations while efficiently allocating budget to high-ROI opportunities Lead creative testing for various ad formats (banners, native ads, popunders, push notifications) and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting assets Analyze campaign performance using network dashboards and Voluum to track KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS), generating actionable reports and insights Research competitive strategies using tools like AdPlexity to identify market trends and opportunities across adult sub-verticals (dating, cams, tubes) Work cross-functionally with affiliate managers, offer owners, and development teams to align traffic acquisition with converting offers Innovate by testing new traffic sources, verticals, and ad formats to expand our acquisition strategy What You'll Need to Be Successful: 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably with exposure to adult traffic networks Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques Analytical mindset with previous experience interpreting performance data and make data-driven decisions Experience with or willingness to learn tracking platforms like Voluum Understanding of creative testing and optimization for digital advertising Budget management skills with focus on performance metrics Comfort working with adult content Detail-oriented approach to campaign management and testing As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
