A Typical Day as a Data Entry Associate

- Receiving Challenging Calls: You'll start by receiving calls transferred from Tier 1 agents, where you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to resolve customer concerns.
- Troubleshooting and Verification: You'll verify data and information using our verification process, addressing customer questions and concerns while displaying a high level of professionalism.
- Documenting Customer Interactions: You'll document both customer concerns and solutions, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely responses.
- Meeting or Exceeding Managed Metrics: You'll work to meet or exceed all managed metrics, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Keeping Our Community Safe: You'll play a critical role in keeping our community safe, making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.
