Overview

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Growth Media Manager to play a key role in executing and optimizing performance marketing efforts across programmatic channels and other digital media. This individual will own campaign execution from creative trafficking and campaign setup to performance reporting and data-driven optimization to help drive acquisition across the full funnel for Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The ideal candidate is highly executional focused, deeply analytical, and thrives in fast paced and dynamic environments. Responsibilities

Own the execution and day-to-day optimization of digital acquisition campaigns across mobile DSPs, programmatic partners, and other paid digital channels. Work with third-party vendors and platforms to enforce campaign efficiency, proper attribution, and continuous performance improvement. Assist in programmatic campaign management across DSPs (Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, DV360, etc.), including audience targeting, bid strategy, pacing, and ongoing performance optimization. Lead creative trafficking and asset management processes with internal and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and properly tracked campaign delivery. Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting — going beyond surface-level metrics to identify trends, diagnose inefficiencies, and surface actionable optimization opportunities. Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive measurable CPA improvements and incremental performance gains. Maintain precise campaign setup and tracking standards using Appsflyer, Campaign Manager and other tools, ensuring attribution accuracy and data integrity across all channels. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on campaign goals, measurement frameworks, messaging strategy and testing roadmaps. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in digital media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, with direct, hands-on programmatic buying experience required. Demonstrated analytical mindset — you are fluent in analyzing performance data, and capable of translating complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations. Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns through DSPs such as Amazon, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, DV360, or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency with Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and comfort working in large data sets. SQL Knowledge a plus Experience with mobile app acquisition and MMPs(Appsflyer, Singular, ect) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline — able to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy. Passion for sports, gaming, or the Fanatics brand is a plus. About You You're a marketer who leads with data and executes with precision. Pulling a performance report, diagnosing a pacing issue, optimizing a programmatic bid strategy, and trafficking a new creative set are all equally in your wheelhouse. You bring a rigorous, analytical approach to every campaign decision, a growth mindset that keeps you constantly testing and learning, and the executional horsepower to run high-volume media operations at pace. You're ready to own the day-to-day mechanics that drive Fanatics Betting and Gaming acquisition growth.
