Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with accurate and timely information about our products and services
• Taking calls from customers and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Identifying customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (written and spoken)

• Ability to take 80-100 calls per day
• Flexible schedule to accommodate rotational shifts (9 hours) and work-from-home arrangements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• 0-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
• Proficiency in typing (20 WPM or higher)
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
