Join our growing Central Sales Operations team Akamai is currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst Intern. The team is a cross-divisional business operations function. It operationalizes business architecture through design, definition, and governance of policies, processes, and tools. This is necessary to support our global go-to-market teams. As a participant in our program, you will gain valuable experience and contribute through meaningful project work. You will have the opportunity to join us for training, networking events, and engagements with company leadership. Partner with the best You will collaborate with sales management, divisional sales operations teams. You will also collaborate with other key stakeholders to understand business needs. The role will oversee design, deployment and support of critical business processes. You will help enable the vision for Akamai's Sales technology stack. As a Business Operations Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with sales and channels teams to define/execute strategic projects to increase revenue, productivity, and efficiency Partnering with IT to drive alignment and execute initiatives. Supporting continuous improvement of systems process and user experience for sellers and partners Supporting data governance to improve data hygiene and usefulness. Establishing formal and informal processes for collecting feedback, requirements, and enhancement requests related to sales process/tools Supporting cross-functional initiatives and collaborating closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and finance. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Be pursuing a Bachelor program in Business Management or a related field Have understanding of sales process and sales tools Have analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Be results-oriented with attention to detail, have ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders. Have ability to communicate information effectively to business partners and team members across the organization and GTM communities Have flexibility to work efficiently as part of a team to achieve group and individual goals Work in a way that works for you This is a flexible role and may be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the country advertised).
