Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to address customer needs
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data Analysis:

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from customer data, including customer feedback, surveys, and transactional data.

Insight Development:

Develop actionable recommendations based on customer data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customer-facing teams.

Collaboration and Partnership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to address customer needs.

Root Cause Analysis:

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business analytics.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred.
