Must-Haves
- Active real-estate license
- Based in the United States.
- Motivated, tech-savvy, and ready to manage your own pipeline.

Compensation
- $50,000 – $105,000+ typical first-year potential (no cap).
- 100 % commission from your first closing on the flat-fee plan.
